I have paid my bill and my services still not working

Hi I have paid my bill on the phone. The money was taken out of my account . The agent told me it would be back on in two minutes one hour later still not on

Have you re-set up your direct debit or monthly card payment? It's cancelled when your services are restricted.

@Robert+22 Have you setup a new continuous payment method has that also needs to be done

Have you set up a new continuous payment method as well? Also, you have to wait for your payment to land in Sky account which isn't instant.

I have just been on the phone ringing around got through go sky in the UK they said its a matter of sky pressing a button on there side he can't do it as he is on the UK team . I'm assuming all Irish offices are closed now and won't have telly tonight
