In the current set up, I can only check back on bills for the years 2021, 2022 and to date in 2023. For tax purposes I need to get a 2020 statement, and there is no option to request this online, the automated chat bot is too limited in it's search criteria, and (as usual) it's impossible to get anyone on the phone in SKY unless I can guarantee I have an hour or more to wait on hold - and there is no email contact for such queries that I can find. Does anyone know how i can go about requesting this please? We are paperless billing so we don't have an original bill lying around. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not 100% sure they can help but I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Click on that. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
