Hard search applied by Sky

I have had a hard search applied to my credit report by Sky. I have not applied for any credit. I have sent an email which has not been responded to. I have called sky this morning and been cut off twice. I am exceptionally busy and really need this sorting out.

I'm afraid, as we're customers here, there's not much we can do. You'll need to find time to call again or raise a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

If you haven't placed an order for a Sky Mobile device or a Sky Glass TV then you will have to call Sky about this,

Sky don't use email for general communication so you're unlikely to receive a reply by that method.
