Reimbursement

At the end of my contract for both mobile and broadband my account in credit for both. How do you pay me what I am due and when

You haven't actually confirmed you've cancelled your broadband. Discounts end on the relevant date. Contracts don't end until you cancel by the approved means. So have you cancelled?
