How can sky take money out of my bank for a different sky customer??? Rang up numerous times and getting nowhere. Keep being told the fraud department will make contact but had no one call me as yet! Very frustrating

After looking into my sky bills in detail. I thought I had 1 direct debit for my tablets and another for my mobiles. When looking into my bills my total is taken on 1 direct debit. After ringing sky the reference number on the direct debit belongs to a different sky customer. I rang 2 weeks ago saying my issue is being looked at and id be called within 72 hours from the fraud team and I've heard nothing

I have tried, I've called them every day for the last 2 weeks and no one is calling me back. I think the service has been disgusting. If I owed sky the money they'd be breathing down my neck. Doesn't take 2 weeks to look into it. You can email the fraud team direct nor do they take incoming calls.

is it possible you gave a friend/family member your payment details for them to sign up with sky initially as that has been known to happen in the past
