Credit score effected!!!!!

I returned a macbook with cooling off period - all upopened , i recieved confirmation this had been recieved, i was continually charged and as i did not make payment this has been notied on my credit score and effecred it. It has been resolved together with an apology from sky but this is still reflecting on my file- how do i get this removed!

You would need to contact Sky again regarding this.
