Hi,
I have been waiting for my cheque since September. It says 'credit: ...' then the amount. On the next bill amount, it says £0. I was told I will get a cheque but it has been 3 months? When will I get this cheque please.

If your payment method had still been active (used to pay Sky) refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque, usually involving a back office team, and post it to you so it’ll take longer.

How long will it take because it's already been 3 months. My payment method has been removed. But the cheque is still pending for 3 months?

We are mainly customers on here so you'll need to contact Sky to discuss the delay.

I'm not sure it has been escalated though. I don't know anything about it apart from I was supposed to get it four months ago but haven't. Please may it be escalated.

If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Can mine be escalated the same way please. I don't know why I was ignored the first time? I could put my payment method on to get the payment to my account too.
