Hi
I'm currently looking into taking out a Sky Stream package but would like the contract to start/activate to coincide with my Virgin Media contract expiring to avoid paying two monthly payments to each provider. The VM contract ends on 03/01/2025.
My question is, when I should I take out/confirm the Sky Stream package and can I choose the start/activation date myself to coincide the the VM service ending?
Many thanks
Kevin.

Typically when you order the Sky stream puck it will be delivered within 2 working days ( it may even be next day). Once delivered you have 21 days to plug it in and follow the onscreen activation process, if you don't do this within 21 days of the delivery date the service will auto activate and you will start being billed.

Note sky stream doesn't include broadband that requires a separate order if also switching to sky broadband
