My friend referred me to sky at the beginning of the month, I started sky 06/11 sent my voucher and haven't heard a rhing

@Allison27 You need to allow a minimum of 31 days in case the account is cancelled within the cool off period, see details here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/introduce-a-friend
