Complaint

Help me. How do I speak to someone about the service I've received. Been a customer 6 years and this week been treated awfully. Told one thing monday, another Tuesday and today the advisor was rude. I want to make an official complaint but the advisor just transferred me and then the line went dead. I'm sick of going over and over.

Re: Complaint

@jellytot72 Worth you knowing that if the initial response is not acceptable you can ask for it to be escalated and reviewed further. If at this point you're still unhappy you can request a deadlock email to be sent and then take your complaint to CISAS for adjudication. CISAS won't accept your complaint without your deadlock letter/email.
