Proof purchase
I need a proof of purchase receipt for my samsung s10 ultra tablet I brought from you guys can you send that to my email? I have the monthly contract but it's not really a proof of purchase.

@Hamza_98 Your proof of purchase is the credit agreement that you can access via the My Sky app (click the person icon in the top left and then My Documents) or the copy you received by email.

If you are trying to claim for a free gift then you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
