Charges for equipment Sky call mine!

Recently upgraded to Sky Glass and was not made aware of returning equipment as in previous discussions always referred to as mine and I need to protect it etc, so when upgrading was only told the equipment would no longer be necessary. Then 4 weeks later got a package of packaging saying here's the boxes to return your kit but if it's mine why does it need to go back and if returning it is important why want I told. Referred it to Sky customer service and told I would get a response in 24 hours 4 days ago....
