@AlunJ If you upgraded from Sky Q to Glass then you do need to return the Sky Q TV boxes, there are most certainly NOT yours, they are only loaned to you as per the T&C's you have agreed to.

I'm paying for Netflix with my sky and can't seem to get any Netflix on my sky at all. Why is this as I am paying for it?

@SuzanneBentley do you have the Ultimate TV package? Have you activated Netflix as described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
