Cancelling Sky Multiscreen when you are only the account payer and not the account holder

I wish to cancel my Sky Multiscreen package, which is no longer used.  I have always paid for Sky from my bank account and dealt with package upgrades, problems etc. but my wife is the original account holder as we have been with Sky since its inception.

At the moment she is in India on a few months' business trip, is there any way that I can cancel the multiscreen package without getting her to contact Sky itself?

Nope.

You can try but it's likely they'll say only the account holder can effect such a change.

Thank You, I suspected as much, although it does seem a bit pointless as i deal with everything to do with the account and probably know more than she does.

You can try...  If you have the telephone password then you can perform certain tasks with them - but they may refuse a cancellation without the account holder.
