Hello
we have received a charge for non return of equipment after a recent renegotiation of our sky deal that involved a lengthy chat with the overseas call centre who then put us through to the UK operators.
How do we get the charges removed without a lengthy call?

Yes, that's correct. Nothing changed. Still use all the same equipment. They would only negotiate with us after we said we would cancel.
