Charged for ppv boxing i didnt order??

Just checked my bill as the dd was huge to find out I'd been charged for a boxing ppv and I wasn't even in the country at the time.

Could someone else in your household have ordered it? You will need to contact Sky to dispute the charges.

Could someone else have ordered it as you wouldn't have been charged otherwise as you have to enter a pin to place the order for it.

Apparently not. The only adult claims not to know the pin, then the 8 Yr old I don't believe knows it either. Plus the fight was a Saturday yet the thing on sky has Monday as the charge

@Lorcanot1 The Monday charge is maybe just because it's the next working day.

The idea that someone intentionally or erroneously ordered it when you were away seems the most likely but if you're confident that that's not the case I think you're best speaking to Sky to see what they can do about it.

All you can do is to contact Sky and ask them about this as they might able to tell you when and what device it was ordered on.
