Temporary Accommodation

We are moving in with family whilst we move house. Is it possible to pause our contract for 3 months as we won't be using the broadband or tv whilst we live there? Thanks!

Hi @LucyB4 if you weren't aware this is a customer to customer forum so we aren't able to look at your account or action anything like this. 

I would recommend phoning Sky and explaining your situation and seeing if they can accommodate.

By all means call Sky to discuss your options but Sky don't pause accounts in such circumstances.
