Trying to switch Sky Q to Stream - order not processing

Hi

 

I'm trying to switch to Stream from Sky Q online, I'm able to get through to the payment page for the £39.95 fee, but when I put in my card details, it looks like the page isn't pulling the 3D secure verification properly, then when I press order it just sits hanging on 'processing order' indefinitely. It's been doing this all weeked, does anyone know if there's a problem at Skys end with their payment systems?

I doubt it is a problem at Skys end or we will have seen more complaints on here about it and so far you appear to be the only one with this issue so if the same happens if you use a different web browser then all you can do is to call Sky and have them place the order for you.

Tried 5 different browsers over 3 different machines, with 3 different bank cards, so not sure it's something at my end.

 

It's not pulling up the 3d secure verification page, which suggests something at the payment end.

 

Not particularly keen on phoning the call centre, but will do if I have to.
