Hi all. Anyone had this issue? We have subscribed to Sky Broadband and have resolved the hassle of router not showing in MySky. We now want to take advantage of the Sky Cinema with free Vue tickets and Paramount+ bundle. It's advertised on the mobile app and website when we sign in, but the links take us to Sky Glass adverts and that's the end of the line. Am I missing something? Are we supposed to get Sky Glass before we can get Sky Cinema? It doesn't say that anywhere, so I'm confused.

Hi @daveNOS . We have Sky Broadband only at the moment. I'm getting "Upgrade Now" promos for upgrading to Sky Cinema when I log into the web or app version of MySky. These just lead to Sky Glass adverts (ecept on my iPhone where is says "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now. Please try again later...".
There's no caveat mentioning having to subscribe to anything else to get Sky Cinema.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Quidnunc1That will be why you are taken to the Sky Glass page, you can't access any TV packs(and their offers) if you don't subscribe to one of the TV services(Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream).

OK, thanks @daveNOS - I appreciate the advice. However, it's misleading to offer this without clearly stating that another subscription is a condition.

same problem. says deal expires June 25 but there's no link to allow upgrade.
