It's a long story I'll try and keep it short. Had 1 year free subscription of Paramount + through Diamond rewards I was charged for this and I informed them it was free so they refunded me. Yet they cut me off . I spoke to someone on sky and they told me I could not get Paramount + back because I had already used the reward . Even though I explained. I was told the only way to get this pack was to take 1 month free trial to sky movies. So I did that but the free month is not up until 24 November yet my Paramount + stopped working today . Can you explain why this happened. I find it very hard contacting a person that I can talk to on Sky by email or by phone as every time I phone I get told to email pkease can you help me
