I have also got this issue of seeing "This page is restricted" on the bills page.
Can I get some assistance please?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.

Hello, i have the same issue. I paid everything, next bill too and already added a credit card for the future payment but my account is still restricted and my broadband still not working. How much time for the service to work back after the payment? Or i need to chat with an agent?

I have the same issue, account has been restricted and I cannot see my billing and payments for unknown reason on website and I also cannot access an app at all. I've spent today entire morning on the phone with sky customer service and after 15 or so transfers nobody was able to help me. Is there anyone that knows anything about this? Because customer service has proved to be not only useless, but also time wasting with insane transfers to unrelated deparments.
