Incomplete order through Defence Discount Service

Dear Sky team,

 

When I made my online order for your services through the Forces 'Defence Discount Service' website link, I recieved all of the goods that I ordered (and assuming the corrrect discounted services), however it was also advertised that I would be recieving a free £50 Mastercard, which I have not recieved.

 

Please could you advise as to when I will be recieving this?

Usually with offers like this the offer has to be claimed after the services have been activated unless this was an offer that was not run by Sky but by where you signed up so have you checked into this via the forces website to see what it says about it ?

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We have no insight into the offer you've taken up through that website. These offers normally have a time lapse on them so you can't cancel in the cooling off period but still benefit from the card.

@Daniel0210I am aware. Unfortunately trying to find resolution to this through any of Sky's other channels is seemingly close to impossible, thier 'chatbot' doesn't have an option to channel the issue to an appropriate department. I thought I'd try posting on here to see if Sky would respond. Trying every method available to me
