i have recieved an email back saying the credit has gone into my account but this hasnt happened , does anyone know how long this takes to process

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSwitching credit is just that, it is credit and not a refund to your bank account so for it you would need to look at your bills to see if it is showing on your account:
