Nope i've made no extra contracts or add on's since i purchased the phone i have my plan on now

@Kemel  Have you changed your payment date at all?

@Kemel  Have a look at the bills following that change,  you mentione dyou never paid it previously because the amoutn was wrong, how many times has this charge been carried over?

 

It may will be from when you changed your oayment date 3 months ago.

This is the very first time it's happened all my payments have been £37 since i got the phone even when i did change the payment date

@Kemel  If you change the payment date though there will be a partial month to offset the difference from the original payment date to the new one, pleasee the link here.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/changed-your-payment-due-date-sim-only
