Does your last bill say it was paid in full:

Or was this £6.93 carried over for some reason ?

@Kemel  Have you checked your current bill?  Does it show what the charge is for?

If it was carried over was it shoing on a previous bill as this seems an odd amount there may have been additonal call charges that were not taken?

@Kemel  There is £6.93 carried forward for data plan charges on your bill for 1st to 31 Oct which look to be a partial month for your data plan.5th Sept to 30th Sept

Your 1st October bill wasn't paid in full as you see right at the bottom as £37.00 was taken but the bill was £43.93 so this is why the £6.93 has been carried over.

@Kemel  October bill wasn't you've shown the evidence to say it wasn't as only £37 payment was made.

Your full bill for October was £43.93

As myself and @GD1 one have said your 1st October bill clearly shows that £37.00 was taken and therefore was £6.93 short for some reason which is why it has be added to your next bill.

Re: Billing

Sorry I'm probably not wording it right my bill has always been £37 i didn't pay the £6.93 because i didnt know why i was charged that in the first place i didn't ask for nor did i authorise any extra data so i dont know why it's saying it's for 4GB but it has now been paid to get it out of the way @GD1 @caesarome
