Need to change delivery address

Just signed up for sky at my new house. I move next week. However apparently the hub is being sent to my old (current) address. I obviously need to change this ASAP but this seems impossible to do online and the chat function has been no help.

You will need to call Sky as they can help you with this as you will probably find they will have to cancel your order, update the address then place the order again.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
