Why have I just had another £89 taken out of my bank when I had been told no upfront cost on my new contract

@Kirsty211  You're not asking Sky via the forum, however if this is for a mobile phone and you've only just passed a credit check an upfront payment may also be required.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Was £89 what you paid previously because if so our bills are created 14 days in advance so the chances are it has been generated before you spoke to Sky so what is showing on your future bills ?
