On 3 occasions now since 27/5/24 when I cancelled TV Entertainment I'm still being charged £35.50 per month. I will cancel direct debit. From my bank.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rogercooper How did you cancel? Have you received email confirmation (only once you receive this is cancellation confirmed
cancelling your direct debit won't get you anywhere I'm afraid and will cause more problems than answers namely
you won't be able to
contact Sky
cancel services (if they have yet to be cancelled)
you will just receive demands from Sky for payment and and to setup a new continuous payment method

If this is the date you spoke to Sky to cancel then your TV service will be cancelled in 26th June so up to that date billing continues as normal and once you have left any overpayment wi be refunded back to you.

Can you explain clearer what your issue is?
Generally, refusing to pay doesn't give the outcome you are looking for...
