Billed for Premium Visit

I've had issues with blocking and loss

of signal and Sky booked an engineer for Sat 22nd - the earliest they could get me

one and said they would waive the premium charge, but this has been added to my April bill.  Can seem to make contact with anyone about this.  Anyone any advice?

If that was arranged by phone call them again and give the date and time you called and they can listen back on the call to hear exactly what was agreed.

Have they billed you and credited your back either on the same bill or the next one, if not you could register a complaint:

Re: Billed for Premium Visit

No, they've billed me and not refunded.  They said as it's so long away (booked last week) and that it's the earliest date they would charge.
