Your best bet is if you're out of contract is to call Sky on 150 from a Sky phone or use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page & renegotiate your contract. If not out of contract then there's nothing much which can be done other than perhaps to reduce your package by removing channels (Cinema, Sports etc).
