Payment

Hi I changed my direct debit payment date and now I am paying more which I can't afford by over £35 so tried to change it back to the originally date and can't and the advisor said I cant do this I have to wait any ideas/ solutions please

Basically you can only change your billing date once in one billing period. Now you've changed the date your next bill is very likely to be more as it will almost certainly be for a greater number of days. Check future bills and see if they reflect the expected price.
