Have your discounts ended? By the way, you aren’t contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

We're just fellow customers here so cannot offer price reductions or access your account. Your best bet is if you're out of contract is to call Sky on 150 from a Sky phone or use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page & renegotiate your contract. If not out of contract then there's nothing much which can be done other than perhaps to reduce your package by removing channels (Cinema, Sports etc).

Bills increase with

  • discounts ending
  • annual price increase (usually in April in the UK)
  • a combination of the first two

I call near the end of the subscription to see if I can renew at the same price or better. If I didn't then the cost would rise every year. If you've never done this then it might be best to do so now.
