Bill increase

I'm not sure why my mobile bill

is increasing next month. I locked into a 12 month contact on 5.12.22 for a set price and was assured that this price would not go up during this time!

@annateach  Sky don't do fixed price contracts they do fix term meaning prices can increase

if you believe you were mis informed you would need to complain directly to sky

What makes you say you are seeing an increase as while the data packages are going up from 14th February if you are in a contract you should not see an increase.
