I'm a disabled women and need phones to keep in contact I'm paying the full balance on 6th February of £239 but please reinstate phones I've been a loyal customer

You're not addressing Sky here.

 

they do not normally restore services on a promise to pay.

@PhilRussell  Sky won't restore services until the balance is paid off in full and a new continuous payment is setup I'm afraid

You should also be aware you're not addrerssing Sky customers services through the forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
