My subscription has recently increased probably because I was out of contract. I think I was persuaded to include Sky Cinema (was Movies) a while back but we hardly ever watch them. I looked at MY-SKY options but it doesn't show any method of deleting any packages.
I only have Sky TV and currently pay a whopping £117.50 / month and need to reduce this drastically.
Is there a number I can call to talk to a person about my TV viewing plan?

Update: I phoned the 0333 no and was put through to the upgrade team. A very helpful guy 'Suman' was able to fully help my requirements. Very pleased with the outcome.

Personally I did my recent negotiation using the chat: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately when I go to "Manage Content Pack" I can only ADD things like Sky Kids, TNT (already have) and Netflix (already have). Or of course SKY GLASS everywhere you look! There is no mention of Sky Cinema anywhere except when I view My Content Pack..
I'll try to get their number from the help web.
