I have tried to make contact so many times.I need an answer why I was charged twice on my september bill. I have checked my payment history and all bills have been up to date. Can someone please make contact

Has Sky charged your twice or did they take the payment via whatever payment you have setup but you also made a manual payment because if this is what happened then a credit should be on your account that you can either leave so it pays your next bill or you can call Sky about getting it refunded.
