Account Restriction

I need to speak to someone about my bill. I cannot afford to pay it in full, and I would like to set up a payment arrangement. However, my account is restricted, which prevents me from talking to anyone. Please help me.

Sky won't be payment plans on subscription services, they only apply to devices purchased under a credit agreement ( for example Sky Glass or mobile phone devices).

 

Sky's process is fully automated so services will be restricted until they receive payment and all calls to Sky will direct you to pay what you owe. 

If you fall 2 weeks late you will likely be asked for the following months bill to be paid as well before services are restored. Sky will likely also add late payment fees onto the amount owed and if you don't pay within 56 days the T&Cs state sky reserve the right to terminate the contract.
