AI Chatbot Renewal Service

I believe I have just been speaking to an AI chatbot! I should have been made aware that it was not a human. They sold me one package, but the email states another. The call was cut off without completing the conversation, and my multi-room device was replaced due to poor performance. 

Poor 

 

Can I please speak to a human today?

@Spen2025 If you were talking to someone on the phone it would not have been a chatbot.

 

If you wish to speak to a human you will need to call again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
