New order cancelled - Refund request
Hi,
I had a new broadband order that was cancelled by yourselves about 10 minutes after I applied. As I paid the initial £5 I just wondered how I go about getting that refunded?

Did Sky tell you why it's as cancelled?

Ah apologies, I thought I'd seen Sky staff reply to people on the forum.
I wasn't given a reason, just sent an email that said there was an issue with my order.

You are going to need to call Sky about this to find out why it was cancelled and also about teh refund.
