Overpaid bill
I paid my tv bill manually for July as when I went onto my account it said it was due and no payment method set up (even though I pay direct debit every month?). Then the direct debit came out on the 9th therefore I've paid double for the month. Would like a refund if possible?

@Lolly666 As you're speaking to fellow customers here the quickest option is to ring Sky and ask for it.

@Lolly666 does your Sky account show that you're in credit? If so, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can request a refund via a private online chat, if you wish.

Yes it says I have the amount as credit towards next bill

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
