I have received letter saying I have been given 12 more months of savings? It's got lots of calculations telling me how much I'm going to be saving but it doesn't tell me how much I'll be paying.
my monthly savings add up to £14 but I doubt my actual bills will go down £14?
can anyone translate the real world meaning of this please.

In my experience, the letter quotes a discount off the standard list price (which is what you'll pay when your, current discounts expire), not a discount off the price, you're currently paying.

Give notice to leave if you're not happy with the price they offer.

That's my understanding too

That was my thoughts too but finding the list price for my actual plan is quite a challenge also

Ah found the "future bills" tab now, it's in there if anyones having this same problem. It's actually going up by about 20% obviously! 😂

It says the offer has already been applied, so a look at your future bills should confirm one way or the other.

Price rises could be significant this year due to inflation...

I'm in that boat - my term ends 28 Feb - they won't discuss increases now so I gave notice to leave. I have a hunch the increase is going to be significant (cue many posts on the matter!).
