I have just received a call from an 0800 number saying he was calling back from sky as i had been cut off. Does sky use 0800 numbers to do this? he asked for the password on my account and when i challenged back for him to give details he said he couldnt. If this was genuinely from sky how am i supposed to know as he wouldnt give any details.
