Elderly relative phone line issue

My 88 Yr old uncle wife has dementia. Has a phone line fault. I cannot help as its not my phone. Urgent help needed please

@NicetowatchAre you able to be with him when you can run a line test on the line via the link below. But would have to be logged into their account in order to do so.

But is that is not going to work then maybe have to get in touch with the Sky accessibility team.

@Nicetowatch  I'm afraid if you are not the account holder or authorised person to deal with their affairs you will need to do as @Highlinder  suggested.

 

Nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I agree with @Highlinder, based on what you've described, the accessibility team is likely the best point of contact.
