FYI, Broadband has nothing to do with your satallite dish reception

I checked indeed, one of the first things I thought about. I managed to get help on the phone. Problem could only be corrected centrally- done in seconds- and all my attempts were waste of time. Sometimes patience on the phone is worth it and call in the Sky engineer...
