Wifi dripping out each night for 3 hours

WiFi connection dropping overnight.

I recently got a ev charger fitted but it is not functioning as I would expect.  I've been in touch with the supplier and they are telling me my WiFi connection is going down every night at 2:41am and comes back on around 5:48am.

How can I confirm this is true ?

Has anyone else seen anything similar?

Thanks

Douglas

If its a wifi connection to a sky q box then change the eco as below

@DouglasC1 the modt likely cause if you have Sky Q is thst the charger is connecting to thecwifi hotspot on one of your Q boxes. If thst box is set to go into eco stanby mode the wifi hotspot is switched off between those hours. Solution is to change the standby mode of the box to Avtive or None.
