I've used the service checker and it says the WiFi is ok however I have orange light in my router where it says :
- internet
- voice
and we have no internet

I have intermitent connection issues where connection will be lost for several minutes at a time.

Exactly the same here in Dorset, orange light on router and skys internet checker says all is ok??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@robbob21 @andy5875 @DORAN @DavidMcK The orange internet light tells you tgst the hub has lost the connection to the exchange. If you run the full connection test in the M`y Sky app it will tell you if there is a known issue affecting your line if it doesnt you need to call Sky and report the fault.
