Sky VUE cinema tickets disappeared

There is a fault which Sky are looking  it to today so hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I am a Cinema customer for about a year, and I cannot see the VUE cinema option at all. 

PLease help as really want to book Paddington.

The Vue tile reappeared 30mins or so ago for me - thanks for the efforts to get this fixed.

Hi - I got my Vue codes for November (and the email confirming I have them) but the codes have disappeared from the my sky app since the latest app update. Any thoughts? (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the my sky app...)

There is a fault that is being worked on as I don't see them either.

I am in the my sky app and have sky cinema, even when i scan the QR code from the TV i cannot see the free tickets
