Vue tickets are longer on the sky app, were there earlier in month when activated them had the email to say there waiting. Came to book the cinema today and the codes are in the app.

Been cut of the phone 3 times when tried to enquire, virtual assistant rubbish kept directing me to the app, email even worse.

Can someone please help where did they go? Promised my kids the new Paddington on Sunday, please don't ruin there weekend.

Where are my codes?

Try closing the MySky app and opening it again, it should refresh.
