SO i am paying extra £ each month for UHD, Especially SKY F1 channel. Guess what?? YUP, Its not working. Called sky, they couldnt do anything over the phone they said theyll reset it. Comes weekend, want to watch my SKYf1 in UHD, NOT WORKING!!!!!!! Says, im not subscribed to that feature, when you go to my account, clearly shows i have that feature enabled. What is going on>???

Is it itemised in your bills? What happens when you try to watch a programme in UHD? Error message?

Yup in my account shows UHD enabled. When trying to watch it I get a ble screen saying I'm not subscribed to it.

Is your box set to output 2160P? Sometimes they can revert to 1080i for no logical reason and have to be reset.

Yes it is set to max. Thanks. Even sky engineer who fitted my skybox couldn't understand why I'm having that issue.

I was asking specifically about whether it's shown as an item in your bill. It's not unknown for your account and your bill to differ.

I've not tried downloading anything in uhd. I was led to believe UHD only works when it's live

Don't know who told you that but it's completely wrong. The vast majority of Sky's UHD content is only available on demand. Sky Cinema movies and Sky Original series for example are only available in UHD via On Demand. The live UHD channels only currently offer sports.
Some UHD content has HDR and you get the option to download either the standard UHD or the UHD with HDR version from the 'other formats' tab on the On Demand download page.

I have the same problem. UHD box sets will not download. Screen tells me I need to upgrade I have the UHD package. Contact sky did full resets of the q box and veiwing card didn't fix problem. Was told the issue was escalated and somebody would be in contact with in 3 days. Heard nothing for a week so called back was told the issue was marked as resolved. Was then told UHD box sets are not available on the q box only live sport.
It seems sky are not aware of the products they offer and not able to fix the problem. But quite happy to charge for it.
