Hi still having problems with this channel ( colours tv) to view and record all others are absolutely running fine.

Spent between 12.30 and 5 on Saturday with the help chat with them suggesting l move my phone! I don't know how else to sort this out. I might as well stop paying for channels with sky if they think a phone that has been in the same spot for over a year effects 1 channel!!!

It's most likely a problem with Colours TV. There is a problem with Discovery Science whereit's blocky. So I would say it's a similar issue where there is something wrong with the channel.

Are you watching Colors or Colors HD?
Colors is on the same transponder as channels including B4U Movies (701), B4U Music (702), and Sangat TV (769). Colors HD shares with Smithsonian HD (171) and TRT World HD (516).
When you have problems with Colors are these other channels also affected?
