Same for me. Noticed a lack of dynamic range in the woodland scene and felt the sound was a little flat.
Checked my amp, no Atmos. Then I checked the planner and yep, only a HD version available.
Will check back later and see what's happening.

Only HD here too.
Hopefully the UHD version will appear at some point today as I really don't want to wait days for it to turn up.
I don't understand how Sky manage to do this time and time again. It feels like an expensive premium service run like an amateur YouTube channel at times. Every time something like this happens it is one step closer to me cancelling.

I have just spoke to a "specialist" via the online chat regarding the lack of UHD option at the advertised release time. No explaination given, felt like i was just getting fobbed off. Would have thought they would have been doing everything to keep hold of customers at the moment!

It's annoying because I get very few windows of opportunity to watch TV that I want to watch without my wife monoplising the airwaves with cooking programmes.

So The Last of Us ep3 aired at 2am Monday morning. It's now 1205pm and there's still only the HD option on demand. When do HDR formats become available? I thought it would've been after it aired?

I now what you mean about being fobbed off.
Weeks ago I complained to viewer relations about Mare of Easttown ep5 only being available in SD. I was told they would sort it out and, surprise, surprise, nothing has been done.
If it wasn't for sport I would be gone!! It's just not good enough.

It was for the first two episodes. I was able to download the UHD versions and watch them at my leisure.

No problem, I have just spoken with one of my colleagues who advised it was raised earlier today - There has been a delay but the HDR file will be available today 😊
